It’s made of aluminum—a strong metal with a natural, non-stick release that prevents dough from sticking, as it often does to wood alternatives. While this material is durable, it isn’t safe in the dishwasher. For best results, wash the rolling pin by hand with a mild detergent, warm water, and a non-abrasive sponge. To prevent limescale from forming, completely dry the pin immediately after washing.

The DoughMAT is an extra-large non-stick pastry mat and guide sticks designed to encapsulate the mess and make preparation and cleanup fast and efficient.

QUALITY MATERIALS:

The DoughMAT is made from BPA-free, FDA-approved, food-safe materials. Its strong fiber mesh silicone construction is flexible and durable, and our non-slip surface will not slip and slide when rolling out your dough.

EASY CARE:

Dishwasher Safe. Dry thoroughly prior to rolling up and storing away. Total of 5 sets of guide sticks of varying thicknesses. 1/16″, 1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″ thickness. Guide sticks can be stacked together to achieve various depths in thickness. Use rubber bands to secure combined guide sticks of various thicknesses.

The DoughMAT greatly reduces the need for excessive flour during the rolling process.*

*All recipes can vary. A small dusting of flour may be needed for optimal results when working with wet or sticky dough.
